Venezuela opposition rejects Maduro plan to rework constitutionPresident Nicolas Maduro’s plan for an elected assembly to draw up a new Venezuelan constitution faced headwinds on Sunday, when opposition parties refused to join the process amid continuing violent anti-Maduro protests.
