Canada academic's Sean Spicer cutouts sprout in bushes across North America(Reuters) – Cardboard cutouts of White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer hiding in bushes are popping up all over North America, inspired by a British Columbia academic who kicked off the craze in her home town of Victoria. Spicer, known for his often combative press briefings with journalists, was mocked worldwide last week after a Washington Post article described him huddling near bushes in the White House grounds as reporters waited to ask questions about the firing of former FBI Director James Comey.
